What you can and cannot do with my photos.

What you CAN do

If you want to use one of my photos for your school report, your screen saver, your home made fridge magnet, the front of your diary or something similar which is strictly personal and non-commercial you are free to do so without asking permission.

If you are a charitable or non-profit organisation and want to use one of my photos on your web-site, in print or any other media, you must ask before you do so. In most cases I will grant you free right of use for a specific purpose.

What you CANNOT do

You cannot use any of my photos (or part hereof) for any commercial purpose such as (but not limited to) advertising, web-sites, book covers etc. without my written permission. Should you wish to use a photo for a commercial purpose, please do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss your specific need.

Strictly legal

All photos are, unless specifically otherwise stated, the property of Mads Westermann and protected by international law subject to every possible copyright. No image may be copied, reproduced, transmitted or stored in any form or by any method including but not limited to print, computer image, flash component, video, streaming and / or animation, for any commercial purpose except for strictly academic (archival) purposes.
